Each covered visit brings a vetted Dwelio pro to your door for the everyday maintenance and repair work included in your membership. Your plan's yearly allowance is measured in visits — clear and predictable. Larger projects are always quoted up front at member-preferred rates.
Essential, Plus, and Premium members pay a flat $25 visit fee. Platinum members pay no visit fee — ever. That's the whole math: your monthly membership plus a small, predictable visit fee on most plans.
Every member gets priority scheduling. Premium members get same-week service, and Platinum members move to the front of the line. For anything urgent, we work to get a pro to you as fast as we can.
